Staff members

Our President, Rob Gannucci, has over 20 years experience as an entrepreneur and Occupational Therapist. Having owned a rehabilitation company and outpatient clinics, Rob has served in hospitals, nursing facilities, home health, outpatient rehabilitation and school systems. Rob feels that the knowledge and experience gained over the years, helps him to better serve the residents at Superior View Assisted Living.

Troy Mead, Administrator

Our Administrator, Troy Mead has over 18 years experience as an Occupational Therapist. Troy has served in hospitals, nursing facilities, home health, outpatient rehabilitation and school systems. Troy works closely with residents, family members, social workers, and insurance companies to assure continuity.

Richard Wick, Chief Financial Officer

Rich Wick, our Chief Financial Officer, is a graduate of St. Scholastica. Richard has a Bachelor's degree in accounting and has been with Innovative Living and Superior View Assisted Living for several years. Please feel free to contact Richard Wick for any questions regarding billing and accounts.

Nancy Pilger, Program Director, comes with 30+years of experience working in the Human Services field. Graduating from Minnesota State University-Mankato, she holds a Bachelor's Degree in Social Science. Nancy gained experienc working direct care, supervising/managing, before moving on to working as a county case manager. Most recently Nancy worked for the state of Minnesota as a Program Administrator Senior for the Disability Service division writing policy.

Scott Peters, Human Resource Director, comes with many hobbies and unique experiences in his professional career. Before working as a Program Manager with Lutheran Social Services, Scott found time to become a flight instructor and is recognized as a Deacon in the Catholic Church. Scott enjoys camping and spending time with his family outside.

Dan Maras, Client Enrichment

Dan Maras works in Client Relations. He worked as Activity Director for a number of years with the company and has built good relationships with all of our residents over the years. Dan enjoys spending time with his family, fishing and the guitar.

The direct care staff are all dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (C.N.A.'s). These CNA's bring a tremendous amount of patience, knowledge, and loving care into Superior View Assisted Living on a daily basis.

Laura Walburg has worked her way through the nursing field to her current position of Director of Nursing/Administrator. Laura has strong work ethic and desire to help which makes her a valuable member of our team. In her free time, Laura enjoys spending time camping with her family and going to the cabin. Office

Office Administrator Derek Gannucci has been with our company for over 10 years. He brings many years of management experience along with a familiarity with our residents that is second to none. Derek is very physically active and enjoys Minnesota sports.

Terri Wick, QMRP/RN

Terri Wick is our QMRP/RN. She has worked in many settings, including long and short term home care, geriatrics, and issues with mental health. She has worked in most aspects of the nursing field and has many skills with an attention for detail.
